Rapid Clean has been employing people since 1999. From the day we took on our first cleaner, we knew that the success of Rapid Clean would rely heavily on finding good people, who are committed to the organisation's mission: 'To provide an unrivalled, fully-managed commercial cleaning service, delivered by a motivated team of people who strive to continually improve'.
Almost 25 years later, and we have a huge team of people who we are proud to celebrate on Employee Appreciation Day (and every other day for that matter!). A few interesting statistics about our growing team of valued colleagues:
It's not easy to draw people together when some are office-based, and close to 900 are working at sites all around the south of England. Despite this challenge, we aim to keep our operations team motivated through quarterly newsletters, regular opportunities to enter prize draws, inviting feedback through our annual surveys, and providing support from a head office team who are only a phone call away. Not forgetting our Superstar Award which is a highlight of the quarter.
We know that all of this is key to encouraging loyalty and thus providing a consistent service to our customers.
Today, our 947 employees will all be celebrated and thanked for their continual hard work and dedication to Rapid Clean. Our head office team will be fighting it out at the bowling alley this afternoon; our on-site cleaning teams will receive a thank you email including the chance to enter a cash prize draw.
