Obviously we have recently reopened after the Government enforced lockdowns and Taylor has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring our members feel safe to train. I would highly recommend that Taylor receives this award.”
Oliver Young who cleans Axon and covers at The Marist School
Aga Skupien from Rapid Clean said: “Oliver always goes above and beyond to ensure that customer is happy. Consider the current COVID-19 situation, his commitment is second to none.”
Bal Ahluwalia at Axon said: “Oliver Young is a brilliant hard worker who gets on with the job and does not mess around or drag out his time. He pays attention to detail which was noticed by the staff in our office when he did the lunchtime shift for us. He definitely deserves an award.
Richard Amankwah who cleans Basildon Primary School
Frank Twum from Rapid Clean said: “I always get a great feedback from the client about Richard. He’s been helping me get staff to cover other sites and he is a very hard worker. He’s been very flexible, doing additional work and changing his time of working to help, following the site’s request.”
Pam Slingsby from Basildon Primary School said: “Richard is such a great all-rounder. He is great at his job, gives the staff space to continue what they are doing before coming back to clean, and listens to comments and acts on them. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Richard has gone above and beyond to support our daily operations. We would be lost without him!”
Nenette Lumbala who cleans Belmont Primary School
Ernest Bonney from Rapid Clean said: “Since the start of her employment, Nenette has been great and very helpful. The client did an interview for their school with Nenette, which I believe will be going in their school newspaper or website as they very happy with her. She is quite the back bone of the contract, she has been working quite long shifts at the client’s request with no complaints.”
Alison from Belmont Primary School said: “Nanette has done an excellent job at Belmont. She worked tirelessly despite it being so hot and she was working on her own and doing the toilets constantly all day, which isn’t fun for anyone. She never stops working and the pride she takes in her work is reflected in the standard of cleaning she achieves. She continued to supervise her team really well and keep them motivated and upbeat during a time when many of them were feeling nervous about working in a school. She is great fun to have around and a very interesting person to chat to. She featured in our school newsletter as one of the main interviews! She is a mum and she knows how to clean and work hard! We love her.”
Mariann Notin who cleans Brakes Group
Peter Soares from Rapid Clean said: “Mariann is extremely reliable and helpful, delivering an excellent service in a very busy site.”
Steve Horton from Brakes Group: “Marrian and Eva are great members of the team, they come to work with a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble for them, All during this pandemic they have remained resilient and have made Portbury just a little bit better place to work. Treating them like our own members of staff would have helped this. Hope they win as they are a credit to your company.

June Perry from Impact Call Centre said: “Vicky has been working with us for over 5 years now and is an extremely hard working, caring, trustworthy, loyal team member who always goes above and beyond, works well on her own and mucks in when needed. Vicky has personally had a really rough few years but despite her problems she has continued to work extremely hard taking great pride in her work…w ithout her “can do” attitude we would find life much more difficult, we are so glad that she is back working with us and she really does deserve this award.”
Massive congratulations to Vicky – a hard working lady who has clearly made a huge impact not only on us here at Rapid, but on the people at Impact Call Centre.
