Happy Employees Equals Happy Customers

As an organisation we are passionate about providing customers with a team of cleaners who are committed to the organisation and therefore want to provide a great service. Our reasoning? A happy team = happy customers.

How do we know if our cleaners are happy?

Earlier this year, we sent out a comprehensive survey to all of our cleaners, asking them for feedback on many aspects of their working role. We were delighted to receive feedback from over 200 team members, providing us with a good overview on how we are doing as an employer.

We thought it would be helpful for both current and potential employees/customers, to see some of that feedback.

94% of Rapid cleaners are satisfied in their work

In addition, over 90% feel that they are part of a motivated team - something that as an organisation we have always strived to achieve. We were delighted to see these results!

Of course there is room for improvement and as a progressive company, we are continually looking for ways to do that. Employees were encouraged to leave further comments and suggestions, all of which have been read by our HR department. During the first quarter of this year, we will be looking closely at all of the results, making concrete plans on how to move forward and make Rapid Clean an even better company to work for.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their experiences of working for Rapid Clean. Below are just a few of the many positive comments that we received...
