Rapid Superstar – Autumn 2013

Jeff Whitton • December 20, 2013

As a company, we are committed to giving credit where it’s due.  Every quarter we ask our Contracts Managers to nominate just one of their Cleaning Operatives who they feel has gone the ‘extra mile’ and subsequently deserves the title of Rapid Superstar.

This quarter we had a number of cleaners nominated.  Here’s what some of our Contracts Managers had to say about their staff…

Barry Lindfield

“Barry cleans 2 sites for us and works very hard.  At the shortest notice he is always willing to take on any cover work, sometimes travelling as far as 40 miles, to help me out.” Dave Abbott, Contracts Manager Cambridge

Lesley Wilkins

“Lesley works hard at improving any site she has every worked at and I never hear her complaining”. Cheryl Younger, Contract Manager Bristol

Alex Gyamfi

Alex is proactive and responds well to any issues that might occur. As soon as he started at his current site, he made an impact “. Lawrence Kalule, Contracts Manager West London

Carmen Burke

Carmen is a dedicated employee who always works to the best of her ability. Whenever I go to inspect the site, they always give great feedback and she is greatly missed when on holiday “. Joseph Muwonge, Contracts Manager South East London

Rapid Superstar – Autumn 2013

Competition was stiff this quarter but the overall winner of the Rapid Superstar award, was Marli Pereira, who works for us at 4 different sites. Marli’s Contracts Manager, Tom Bagaza nominated her for the following reasons:

“Marli is very reliable and has never let us down this yea r. Even when it is snowing, she tries her best to get into work and consistently goes the extra mile. I always get excellent feedback from the sites where she works”.

Thank you Marli for your co ns istent hard wo rk and co m mitment to Rapid.
